For account holders
Our terms are payment within 30 days of the end of the month in which the account holder’s order has been invoiced and dispatched.
Refund and Replacement terms.
If you wish to return your order, please do so within one week of receipt and we will refund you in full. All chains are guaranteed against manufacturing defect. In the unlikely and unfortunate case of your order being defective, please return for refund, or replacement the latter will be free of charge.
If you are not an account holder, delivery will be within one working day of receipt of your payment. Payment can be by credit card, debit card, cheque or postal order.
If you are an account holder, delivery will be Royal Mail within one working day of receipt of your firm order. We request a minimum order of ten items before opening your account
